Home made 酸奶一號


到了早上,酸奶一號誕生!

剛弄好時上面浮著一層透明液體,酸不可當。

放冰箱休息幾小時,慢慢凝固,沒有想像中豆腐花那種漂亮的形態,只像半融的布甸。

說不定是分量問題,也許是發酵不足。

加些砂糖一口吃下,很酸的奶中間咬到一粒一粒砂糖。嗯...怎麼令它融於凍的酸奶呢?

Instead of 砂糖, maybe you can use syrup?

Try honey or jam too!! Very delicious!
If you still prefer sugar, let it stand for an hour or so after you stir in the sugar, it will melt nicely.

用蜜糖加藍莓,加少少唔融的砂糖,有口感又好味=p

謝謝大家意見,下次試試糖漿。
第二次再做一鍋酸奶時,放錯了「高鈣低脂奶」。
可能奶的成份不一樣,製成品的口感稀如水,夾雜塊狀乳酪,也有些粉末。還是用全脂奶好。
