Instead of 砂糖, maybe you can use syrup?
Try honey or jam too!! Very delicious!If you still prefer sugar, let it stand for an hour or so after you stir in the sugar, it will melt nicely.
睇嚟又易整又好味,hehe,聽日試吓=p
用蜜糖加藍莓,加少少唔融的砂糖,有口感又好味=p
謝謝大家意見,下次試試糖漿。第二次再做一鍋酸奶時,放錯了「高鈣低脂奶」。可能奶的成份不一樣,製成品的口感稀如水,夾雜塊狀乳酪,也有些粉末。還是用全脂奶好。
