Seems like you really haven't got your hands off the tables for a while.. I am not sure whether this suggestion will work, but I always believe if one keeps on reminding themselves how much they enjoy working on a particular task, sooner or later they won't find them annoying anymore. Frankly speaking, if you do enjoy working on those tasks, you definitely won't see them as occupying your time, instead it's more like a way of fulfilling life. On the other hand, if you really find them annoying, then that may somehow mean you really should leave them behind for a while. And also you really shouldn't make too many commitments all at one time.
Try to relax yourself a bit, as sometimes I can see you look quite stressful in front of the camera.
